While there are minimum order quantities on Products, we do not have Total Minimum Order/Reorder requirements.

Payment for orders is required prior to shipping and can be made by Credit Card or prepaid by Check. Our site enables you to place your order and select an option to receive an Invoice when your order has been completed and is ready for shipment. This Electronic Invoice is payable upon receipt please.

TURNAROUND TIME

Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days….though if we can get it out to you sooner, we certainly will (and most often, do!)

ADJUSTMENTS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We ask that any adjustment to an order be received via phone or email within 24 hours after placing the order.

We certainly accept returns for damaged or incorrect shipments. These must be reported within 5 days of receipt please.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you have a pressing need and wish to expedite, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. We extend our Retail Partners a preferred rate of $5.00 per order which will be included on your final invoice.

BACKORDERS

There may be rare occasion when an item is unavailable for shipment or in production. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCT

Ensuring the high quality of our product is very important to us. All letterpress cards are created on our antique presses, hand-printed one piece at a time. Many go through several runs when designs include additional colors and foiling. This artisanal process truly makes every piece unique, and results in slight variances from one to the next….which we just love.

SUSTAINABILITY

We are committed to making sustainable choices throughout our line of products. Our Notes and Cards are printed on 100% Cotton Paper (tree-free and produced using wind energy!) accompanied by 100% cotton envelopes or brown bag recycled envelopes. Notepads are printed on recycled paper, all FSC and Green Seal Certified…even our 4 ply backings are 100% recycled paper.

We take great care in sourcing materials; often spending a little bit more to ensure we maintain our high quality in the most environmentally responsible ways.

LOCATION

Just 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia to the east, and 30 minutes from the ocean to the west, our Medford Township studio is tucked away in southern New Jersey. We border the Pineland National Reserve which spans over one million acres (so many trees!). It is truly the best of both worlds….and a wonderful place to be creative.

DISPLAY,  PACKAGING AND SALES CHANNELS

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets of cards may not be broken up.
